He's still out there: Man tried to abduct young boys off NJ street

MADISON BOROUGH — Police released a sketch of a man they say tried to lure four 12-year-old boys into his SUV.

The man approached them in a "box-style greenish/yellowish SUV" at the intersection of Ridgedale Avenue and Sayre Court around 8:45 p.m Saturday and told them to "get in," according to police.

Police said the boys ignored the man and kept walking. The man got out of the SUV and chased them down the street before getting back in the vehicle and taking off.

Police described the suspect as possibly in his 40s with a beard. A passenger in the car was described as a woman in her 20s with blonde hair.
