Have you seen this person? Armed robber sought in Gloucester (VIDEO)

Police in Gloucester Township are searching for a suspect in connection with an armed robbery that took place at a convenience store on Feb. 7 and was captured on surveillance video, according to a press release.

According to authorities, the suspect entered the 7-11 store where he went to the counter, displayed a black handgun to the clerk and demanded money. The suspect is then seen on the video fleeing the store in an unknown direction, police said in an alert.

The suspect was dressed in a dark, hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. He was also wearing tan workboots, dark gloves and hard a blue bandana covering his face at the time of the robbery, the video shows.

Police are asking that anyone who may be able to identify the suspect or who has any additional information about the incident to call Gloucester Township Police Department at 856-228-4500. Tipsters can also leave information on the GTPD Anonymous Crime Tip Line at 856-842-5560.
