Have you seen them? FBI looking for couple missing 11 years

It's been 11 years since a Burlington County woman and her friend disappeared after leaving a Philadelphia bar, but investigators are holding out hope they can bring closure to the case.

The FBI, Burlington County Prosecutor's Office and Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Division continue to investigate the disappearance of Danielle Imbo, of Mount Laurel, and Richard Petrone, Jr., of Philadelphia.

The couple was last seen leaving a bar (formerly Abilene's) on South Street in Philadelphia around 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2005.They were riding in Petrone's black 2001 Dodge Dakota pickup truck.

The FBI said in 2014 that it had reason to believe the couple was the victim of foul play. At the time of his disappearance, Petrone was a single parent living in South Philadelphia and working at Viking Pastries, his family's business in Ardmore, Penn, the FBI has said. Imbo was living with her infant son in South Jersey and working in the mortgage industry, according to the FBI.

Last year, on the 10th anniversary of their disappearance, the FBI announced that additional personnel and resources were being allocated to the investigation as part of a new cold case initiative.

Last fall, the FBI renewed its push, putting up billboards along the East Coast.

"An extensive investigation to date has generated some promising leads; however, neither the victims nor Petrone’s vehicle have ever been located," the FBI said in a statement Friday, on the 11th anniversary of their disappearance.

Their disappearance has been featured on "America's Most Wanted" and websites in Imbo's and Petrone's names have been launched in hope of getting information about what happened to them.

The Philadelphia Citizens Crime Commission is offering a $50,000 reward for information about the couple's location or for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for their disappearance.
