Authorities are searching for a 19-year-old woman who called police Thursday, claiming her boyfriend assaulted her and reporting there were several guns inside their residence — drawing a SWAT team to respond.

Police say officers responded to the north block of Delancey Street after Amirah Black called 911 at 10:22 a.m. to report that her boyfriend, Clifton Holley, 32, assaulted her. She told authorities that there were several guns inside the house that she and Holley shared. The Atlantic City SWAT team, a K-9 unit and police responded along with crisis negotiator Detective Lonell Jones to set up a perimeter around the residence.

Jones spent 50 minutes speaking with Holley, who eventually exited the house and surrendered to police, claiming he had been stabbed in the hand by Black, police said. Holley said Black had left the house before police arrived. His injury was non-life threatening, police said in a statement.

Atlantic City police said two loaded handguns were found inside the residence.

Holley was charged with obstruction of justice, certain persons not to possess a weapon, and unlawful possession of a weapon. He is being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail, authorities said.

But police say Black is now wanted by the Atlantic City Department as well — on charges including aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

In March, Black and Holley were both charged after each allegedly stabbed the other — Holley was stabbed in the shoulder, and black in the leg, police said.

Anyone with information about Black's location or the incident is asked to call the Atlantic City Police Department Criminal Investigations Section at 609-347-5766 or text anonymous information to TIP411 (847411) and begin the text with ACPD.
