Forty-one-year-old Noel Irizarry of Hamilton Township pleaded guilty Monday to aggravated manslaughter in the Nov. 7 death of 31-year-old Misty Ramos. He faces a 30-year state prison term when he's sentenced June 1.
Burlington County Prosecutor Robert Bernardi says Ramos was found when police went to her Bordentown Township apartment after relatives became concerned when she didn't pick up her son as planned.
Irizarry's $1 million bail was revoked after he entered his plea. Under the plea deal reached with prosecutors, he will have to serve 85 percent of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole.
