Graduate refuses to walk without twin brother at ceremony
Most people, including us have said that watching a graduation ceremony can be extremely painful because you are really only there to see one or maybe a couple of people at most get their diploma. This video may change that your feelings. What 17-year-old Austin Coppala did when he graduated from Rochester's Fairport High School had the crowd standing on their feet applauding.
Coppola is a twin and his brother TY has down syndrome. Austin told his parents thst he would have never have been able to graduate without Ty being part of his life. So the parents contacted the school and asked if it was ok for Ty to walk with Austin. The school agreed.
Watch the video below, it is an absolutely amazing moment that didn't leave a dry eye in the venue.
