In less than a week, the public will get a sneak preview of the highly anticipated opening of the $2.4 billion Revel Resort and Casino in Atlantic City.  Tomorrow, Governor Chris Christie gets a tour.

The mega-resort has created nearly 5,000 jobs and is the first casino to open in Atlantic City in nearly a decade,  following the opening of the Borgata in 2003.

Revel’s soft-opening on April 2nd,  is the start of an eight-week preview period.  A grand opening celebration takes place Memorial Day weekend, where Beyonce will be the scheduled performer.
