Christie is seeking to boost his foreign relations credentials when he hosts China's Ambassador to the United States at his State House office this afternoon.

Officially, the meeting is being billed as a trade meeting.

He continues to not take questions from reporters, though, after his recent rough trip to the United Kingdom last week.

The governor is struggling to separate himself from a crowded GOP presidential field. He has frequently polled no better than third or fourth in early primary states.
