Christie, Booker give extremely awkward response to rail tunnel question
Amazing that Gov. Chris Christie, who killed the ARC tunnel project a few years ago, is now appearing at a press conference with Sen. Cory Booker to discuss infrastructure investment regarding Hudson River crossings.
When my colleague Sibile Marcellus from "Chasing News" asked the governor the first question at Wednesday's presser he refused to answer and hid behind his pal Cory, who told Sibile that it was his press conference and he would be answering the questions.
Not only that, he also refused to address the issue that it was on Gov. Christie's watch that the infrastructure progress was set back years. Wonder if the governor will have the courage to answer that question tonight on Ask the Governor?
