Happy Valentine’s Day from the NJ 101.5 newsroom.  Today we recap gay marriage passing the NJ Senate with ease, a Governor Christie latest town hall, and the newest information on the death of Whitney Houston.

  • Gay marriage topped the news from the State House on Monday.  Townsquare’s Kevin McArdle has the round-up from Trenton after the NJ Senate passed the measure.  A new poll finds growing support for gay marriage from New Jerseyans.
  • Whitney Houston‘s death continues to be mourned and investigated as we have full coverage of the New Jersey-born pop legend’s death.  Stacy Proebstle reports on the possible links to prescription drugs and the severity these can offer.
  • Governor Christie held a town hall on Monday in Caldwell, where he said he agrees with Democrats on shared services.
  • President Obama unveiled his budget, which draw both criticism and praise from NJ Congressmen.
