Frustration is setting in for some storm-weary New Jersey residents who have been living without power for days and seeing their food supplies dwindle.

Meanwhile, the number of deaths in the state attributed to the storm has increased to 22.

Gov. Chris Christie has ordered a fuel rationing system based on vehicle license plate numbers in 12 counties to ease long lines at gas stations.

Some residents say they believe too much attention is being paid to the destruction of beaches and boardwalks and not enough to working people who are hurting.

Officials say they are trying to help.

Federal Emergency Management Agency field offices began opening Friday in New Jersey.

The state is pushing utility companies to restore power faster.
