Middletown North 51, Howell 33

Class A Central

No. 4 Rumson-Fair Haven 42, Monmouth 6

Charlie Volker ran for three touchdowns and over 200 yards and Chase Caruso threw touchdown passes to Sam Shaud and Billy Lyons as the Bulldogs (7-0, 4-0) remained undefeated. Jamie Reeves also scored for Rumson on a 5-yard run.

Class A South

No. 9 Jackson Memorial 28, Southern 6

Khani Glover ran for a pair of touchdowns, Ken Bradley scored a rushing touchdown and Joe DeMaio threw a touchdown pass to Aaron Curet as the Jaguars (5-2, 5-1) remained in contention for the division title by knocking off the Rams (3-4, 2-4).

Logan Sheehan threw a touchdown pass to Mike Gesicki for Southern's points.

 

Toms River South 29, Brick Memorial 14

Junior quarterback Tymere Berry ran for a touchdown and threw another to Darrius Hart, and Khaleel Greene and Otis Kearney each added rushing touchdowns as the Indians (5-2, 4-2) won a pivotal divisional matchup with the Mustangs (5-3, 3-3). The Indians built a 29-0 halftime lead and held on to snap Brick Memorial's four-game winning streak after the Mustangs scored on touchdown runs by Connor Owen and Rob Triano in the second half.

 

Class B North

Cole Mehr's touchdown run in the fourth quarter helped the Spartans (7-0, 5-0) escape with a win over the Crimson Knights (3-4, 2-3) to remain unbeaten and clinch at least a tie for the Class B North division title.

Class B Central

Point Beach 34, Keyport 6

Joe Wegrzyniak ran for 279 yards and three touchdowns and Jake Fioretti threw touchdown passes of 43 and 26 yard to Noah Yates to power the Garnet Gulls (7-1, 3-0) over the Red Raiders (5-3, 2-2). Yates also intercepted his eighth pass of the season. Defensive lineman Sean Struncius also came up with his first career interception.

Chase Bright scored on a touchdown run for Keyport.

 

Class B South

Central 41, Msgr. Donovan 26

Javon Hardy exploded for close to 300 yards rushing and five touchdowns, and also returned an interception for a touchdown to power the Golden Eagles (5-2, 5-1) past the Griffins (3-4, 3-2). Zach Skesavage threw a pair of touchdown passes and Vinny Grasso and Joey Fields each had a rushing and a receiving touchdown for Monsignor Donovan.

Hardy scored on 80, 45 and 35 yards and returned an interception 80 yards for a touchdown. Jordan Hardy and Isaiah Ackers also had interceptions for Central.

 

Jackson Liberty 30, Point Boro 20

Bruce Almodovar ran for a pair of touchdowns to lead the Lions (3-4, 3-3) past the Panthers (0-8, 0-5).

 

Nondivisional

No. 1 Red Bank Catholic 41, No. 8 Middletown South 13

Senior running back Larry Radaelli ran for 230 yards and four touchdowns and the Caseys' defense intercepted four passes to defeat the Eagles (4-3) and run their conference winning streak to 31. Junior Mike Cordova picked off a pair of passes and also ran for a touchdown, and sophomore quarterback Eddie Hahn also ran for a score for RBC (7-0).

Jeremy Concepcion ran for 137 yards for Middletown South and scored on a one-yard run in the second quarter. Cole Rogers added a touchdown as time expired.

 

No. 2 Manalapan 42, Toms River North 7

Saeed Blacknall caught three touchdown passes and had over 100 receiving yards to helped the Braves (7-0) top the Mariners (0-7).
