Former pro basketball player Sean Banks is facing numerous charges following a domestic incident at the New Jersey home of his child's mother.

Englewood police tell The Record that the 28-year-old Banks was charged Saturday with domestic violence armed burglary and other counts after he allegedly broke into the home Friday. He also was charged with felony resisting arrest after allegedly scuffling with police.

The woman claims Banks broke in and harassed her. When she told him to leave, she says he slashed her vehicle's tires with a knife.

Banks was also was wanted on numerous warrants. He remained jailed Monday on $120,000 bail.

Banks played at the University of Memphis before signing a free-agent deal with the then-New Orleans Hornets. He's also played in the NBA's Developmental League.
