Thirty-year-old Daniel Jorgensen, of Minneapolis, was indicted Tuesday by a grand jury in Atlantic County.

Authorities say he committed criminal sexual contact on the beach and then tried to lure the girl to his hotel room and the band's tour bus to have sex.

Bail was set at $100,000. It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney. The second-degree attempted luring charge carries a potential penalty of five to 10 years in prison.

Jorgensen played guitar for Owl City. A spokeswoman for Owl City didn't immediately return an email seeking comment.
