If there all the snow and ice that New Jersey has been bombarded with has you down, just think it could be worse.   Proof of how it could be worse is captured in this amazing footage from New York City in 1902. It is one of the first-known blizzards to be captured on film, and one of the worst blizzards at the time, according to the Gothamist.

Just watching how different everything was, including the buildings and how people moved around during bad weather, watching trains and horse-drawn buggies navigate their way through the snow is very interesting.
