Florida Man Sues NJ McDonald’s – Should He Receive Any Compensation? [POLL]

Francisco Rafael Borbolla,54, of Homestead, Florida says in his suit that he went to the River Edge restaurant in August, 2011 and got second degree burns when he spilled the coffee on himself because the lid was not tight on the cup according to the Bergen Record.

Not only is the incident 2 years old, is it really worthy of a lawsuit? Eric wants to know if you were a jury member hearing this case, would you award Mr. Borbolla any monetary compensation for spilling coffee on himself?
