SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) -- Engine trouble forced a United Airlines flight heading from Seattle to Newark, New Jersey, to make an emergency landing in Spokane.

KXLY reports that the Airbus A320 was diverted to the eastern Washington city Sunday night, where it landed safely with power from only one engine.
