Authorities are working to identify the body of a man who was pulled out of the Passaic River in Paterson Thursday morning.

According to NorthJersey.com, the man was fully clothed, and was caught on a concrete culvert near the Temple Street/Main Street bridge.Someone spotted the body around 9:30 a.m. and contacted police, the article states.

Deputy Fire Chief Michael Fleming told the website that the man may have been in the water for a while, but authorities have not yet determined when the man went into the river.

The man's death is currently under investigation. No additional information has been released.
