Fire damages Edison school
EDISON (AP) — Middlesex County authorities are trying to determine what caused a fire in a school in Edison.
About 100 summer school students were evacuated from Washington Elementary School on Friday morning.
Fire Chief Brian Latham tells The Home News Tribune the fire damaged a boys' bathroom and some ceiling tiles.
The students and staff were relocated to Edison High School.
