New rape allegations are being leveled at Bill Cosby this morning. And, for the first time, it involves a minor. Judy Huth says she was 15 when Cosby forced himself on her at the playboy mansion in 1974. She has filed a lawsuit. This is the latest in a growing list of woman who claim Cosby attacked them decades ago. He was never charged. His attorney continues to issue denials.

The Sayreville Board of Ed makes a move that could be hinting at the end of George Najjar's reign as head football coach. He's been suspended since October in light of the sexual hazing scandal, and the latest vote from the board means he'll be out of the picture for several months.
The five William Paterson students charged with the gang rape of a drunk woman in their dorm room are being defended by fellow students as "good boys." their supporters packed a courtroom as the accused entered not guilty pleas. Specific details of the case are not known but the woman claims she woke up naked in the dorm room after a drunken frat party. This is but the latest in what seems like a never-ending series of campus rape cases we're constantly being bombarded with.

In Hamilton, Mercer County, health officials are holding a hepatitis vaccine clinic on Thursday. It comes after a restaurant worker at Rosa's restaurant tested positive. The clinic is for anyone who ate food or ordered catering from Rosa's between November 10 and December 1.
Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick has been designated one of 35 Ebola treatment centers across the nation. While all New Jersey hospitals continue to monitor for Ebola, any patient who tests positive would be transferred to New Brunswick.
President Obama says the fight against Ebola is nowhere close to being over, but heralded great strides in the effort to combat the deadly disease. He addressed the increase in capable treatment centers for Ebola in the U.S.

Obama spoke after touring the national institutes of health Tuesday. The president says the progress of developing an Ebola vaccine is exciting, but cautioned that there are no guarantees. Robert Wood Johnson University hospital in New Brunswick is New Jersey's designated treatment center.

Senior citizens in New Jersey and across the country want tougher driving laws for themselves, according to a new study by AAA.

A South Jersey horse owner is denying charges of animal cruelty. Seven horses were seized from Monica Thors, who owns a stable in South Harrison township. Thors says most of her horses’ problems are due to being overweight. Thors says she will try to get them back. One claim is that she shaved her horse hooves down so much they became infected.

Billions of dollars in expired tax breaks could be renewed by the end of the week. The house votes on it today. The senate and president have both signaled support. It would allow individuals and businesses to claim deductions for 20-14 that had expired.

State senate president Steve Sweeney has introduced an Atlantic City rescue plan that would allow the casinos to pay 150 million dollars in lieu of taxes for the next two years. It would also permit city officials to use money from the investment alternative tax to pay off AC's 30 million dollar debt. It's unclear if the provisions in the measure would be enough to prevent the trump Taj Mahal from closing its doors on December 12th. Four other casinos have shut down this year. New jersey's congressmen are asking Washington for millions in emergency aid for Atlantic City. With 8-thousand job losses due to closing casinos and more possible, the money would be used for job training and placement.

Wal-Mart denies they are stalling a lawsuit connected to the fatal crash that injured actor Tracy Morgan. Lawyers for Morgan say Wal-Mart does not want to disclose their safety practices when it comes to their long haul trucks. A Wal-Mart truck hit Morgan's limo in New Jersey last summer. The truck driver is facing criminal charges.
