Family Adoption on-air schedule Friday 11/27

As part of New Jersey 101.5’s ongoing effort to give back to our communities, we are asking our listeners to help us assist needy families throughout the state of New Jersey with our annual Family Adoption Program.

New Jersey 101.5 personalities are asking listeners to share the holiday spirit with various families from transitional and battered family shelters. The families are anonymously coded to protect their privacy.

Here are some more details on the families that are being discussed on air Friday, November 27.

FAMILY: A5
Girl 13yrs old –Wishes for a tablet or Old Navy and Target gift cards.
Girl 8yrs old- Wishes for a hat, gloves, and scarf set, a Barbie doll, or a Walmart gift card.
Boy 1 yr old- Wishes for Leap Frog toys, toy trucks, and clothing in size 18months.

Items for Children (Ages 9-12)-
Age-appropriate books/movies (The Hunger Games, Harry Potter series, Superhero movies)
