Fake Eyelashes For Dogs

I can’t decide if this stupid, creepy, or a hoax, but the Daily Mail says that a new trend is emerging from the Far East: fake eyelashes for pets.

It sounds like it should be a hoax but we did have the story about energy bars for dogs not that long ago, so who knows.

Apparently it started in Japan with a tweet of a dog wearing false eyelashes that got re-tweeted 10,000 times; I lean toward not believing this story because it sounds so stupid, plus, what animal is going to let you glue something to their eyelids? The story says that the craze has spread to cats, as well, but I really don’t believe a cat would let you do that to them.
