Just so there’s no misunderstanding, this diet is not a”magic pill.” On the TLC you will cut back on red meat and fried foods. You will need to eat more high fiber foods along with fruits and veggies. I don’t have to tell you that 99 percent of the diets out there don’t work in the long run. Sure, we may lose 5 or 10 pounds, but eventually we’ll gain it back. This is really a lifestyle change diet. There are no set menus with the TLC diet. I think that’s a good thing.
