Ex-teacher arrested on NJ child porn charge a second time

BLAIRSTOWN — A teacher who lost his certificate for possessing child porn 10 years ago has been charged for the same offense.

NJ.com reported that Arthur W. Vespignani, 42, of Blairstown, was in court on Thursday in Warren County because he had a thumb drive with many images of children in sexual acts.

He was released from the Warren County jail after posting $50,000 bail according to the report.

Vespignani was found guilty in 2003 after he lured who he thought was a 14-year-old girl that was actually an FBI agent to a Bergen County motel for sex. He was a teacher at the Stanhope Elementary School at the time and lost his teacher certification in 2006.
