Eat Like an Olympian

Would you like to be an Olympian? You can start by practicing their diet. Perhaps if you ate like an Olympian, you would start to look like one. Here are the diets of some of our Olympic athletes.

U.S. Alpine ski racer Bode Miller has breakfast for dinner, with carb heavy pancakes and French toast. Julia Mancuso likes to drink coconut water to keep her hydrated, and former New Jersey Devil and current United States hockey player Zack Parise uses chocolate milk for recovery.
