Eagles’ LeSean McCoy Sued Over Alleged Bus Assault
A woman is suing Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy, claiming he or a body guard hit her, threw a drink at her and tossed her off a party bus last December.
The woman, identified by the fictitious name Mary Roe, filed the suit in Philadelphia on May 10.
She says she was one of about 15 women who joined McCoy and five other men on a bus for a night out in New York on Dec. 18.
She says she objected on the way home when men began spraying women with water.
After that, she says, she was roughed up and tossed out along the New Jersey Turnpike. She says she was allowed back on the bus, but was left again when she called police from a rest stop.
