Double Traffic Delays On NJ Turnpike
Early morning New Jersey Turnpike drivers faced double traffic delays between exits 7A and 8A.
Late running construction on the northbound side left only one lane between exits 7A (I-195) and exit 8 (Route 33) causing a 10 mile delay.
An equally long delay developed on the southbound side because of an accident near exit 7A, slowing traffic back to exit 8A in Monroe.
The construction was cleared after 7AM.
