Does New Jersey still answer when a stranger rings a doorbell?
There was a story in the news where a burglar was scared off by a 12 year old. What may have helped her case was the burglar rang the doorbell first, to which the girl didn't answer, and proceeded to scream after she heard a broken window.
This reminded me of a popular sketch by stand-up comedian Sebastian Maniscalco. He perfectly described how the times have changed when you hear the doorbell ringing.
