Doctor: Victims Of Crash Include Vein Clinic Employees [VIDEO]
Investigators are combing a wooded area in Georgia, looking for clues about what led a small jet to overshoot a runway during a landing last night and crash.
Five people on board were killed, and two others were hurt.
The passengers included five people who worked for a vein clinic in eastern Georgia that also has offices in Tennessee. That's according to a doctor who works for the clinic. There's no word on whether any of them survived -- but an assistant fire chief tells the Augusta Chronicle that the two survivors were a pilot and a passenger.
The plane had taken off from Nashville and crashed while landing at an airport about 30 miles west of Augusta.
