An expo at The Brick House in Wyckoff is devoted solely to services that may be needed by people considering a divorce, going through one right now, or are already done with the process.

"There's a lot of pieces to the puzzle when it comes to divorce, and we're kind of the umbrella that houses it all," said Tom Kersting of The Divorce Professionals, which created the event. "We pretty much help from start to middle to finish in the divorce process."

Kersting, a licensed psychotherapist, is one of the professionals scheduled to be on hand for roundtable discussions and one-on-one chats.

Participants will also have the opportunity to speak with a wealth advisor, attorneys, an insurance agent, a life coach and a private investigator.

"Unfortunately, we have some bad people out there that are hiding things from their spouse," Kersting said.

Two on-site professionals are specifically geared towards the end of the divorce process when one or both parties may want to begin moving on. A nutritionist and certified matchmaker each have a table at the event.

This is the second such expo from the group. Last year's event hosted approximately 50 participants, but a larger turnout is expected this time around.

Tickets, which include a meal, are $25 if purchased online by 4 p.m. and $30 at the door.
