Did you know NJ has 10 area codes?

As of this coming weekend our tiny little state will have 10 area codes. Being the most densely populated state, and the past decades explosion of numbers with added devices, this comes as no great surprise. Some of us can remember when there were two! It doesn't really seem all that long ago. I will try and explain where and why:
