Did This Fair Lawn Teacher Do Anything Wrong? [VIDEO/POLL]

A teacher in Fair Lawn was put on leave after this video of him berating a student was publicized online. This is a high school.

The student clearly doing something to challenge the teacher’s authority. The teacher raises his voice. Big deal. So what? Then uses the term “goddamn”. Also big deal, so what? This is NOT like the segment we did yesterday where a listener claims a middle school teacher wrote “wtf!?” on their son’s homework assignment.

That’s a younger age and was only concerning an incorrect answer, not an act of defiance. For this teacher to be in trouble is to me an overreaction. A teacher has to maintain order in their classroom.
