Did this Bordentown cop do anything wrong?

Controversy surrounding a traffic stop in Bordentown City. Abdoul Aziz Koita was instructed 33 times to get out of his vehicle after he refused to provide Officer Vincent Bernotas with his credentials. This could have gotten far uglier very quickly and is another example of why you need to obey an officer's commands. The driver is saying this was police brutality.
