Dennis Malloy’s guide to the Chef Series at the Count Basie Theatre

I love to cook. I'm a foodie. I love to watch cooking shows.  So when I was asked to be a part of the Chef Series at the legendary Count Basie Theatre, I couldn't have been happier.

I was fortunate enough to meet Chef Jacques Pepin whom I had watched on TV for years. He is pioneer when it comes to cooking shows on television, so it was amazing to watch him work and teach the audience live.

Chef Lidia Bastianich will be at the Count Basie, along with our very own Big Joe Henry, to talk about her book "Mastering the Art of Italian Cuisine," and celebrate with you, the love of Italian food.
