There are so many ways to get in the holiday spirit in New Jersey. My family made our annual trek to the Dickens Festival in Medford on Saturday night.

This year the crowd was bigger than usual, maybe because it wasn't that cold for a December night. Main Street was packed with thousands of people, tons of food and craft vendors and plenty of holiday cheer.

People dress up in Dickens era costumes and sing Christmas carols and a Nativity seen is set up at the park at the edge of town complete with live animals, including a real camel.

It's usually the first weekend in December and it's one of the many events that make Christmas special in New Jersey!
