With softball season officially underway, Dennis Malloy is loosening his arm up so he doesn't "throw like a girl."

Back in the day, the term "throwing like a girl," was used a lot to describe the mechanics behind your throw. Fast forward to a few years ago and it became a situation where politically correct people deemed that term offensive.

To Dennis' point, "throwing like a girl," has a new meaning now. With more girls playing sports than ever before, "if anyone is throwing like a girl, it's guys," says Dennis.

Watch Dennis Malloy have a catch and debunk the myth of "throwing like a girl" in the video above.
