Dennis makes ‘Chicago style’ Italian roast beef sandwiches

A couple of years ago, while watching the Food Network, I heard about something called "Italian Beef" sandwich. Apparently it's a big Chicago thing.

I recently had the opportunity to try one at a food truck, in of all places, Texas. I thought I've heard of everything Italian-American, but this was new to me. So let's give it a shot.
