Dennis makes an Italian hoagie … with a twist!

Over the long weekend I treated myself to a trip back to the old neighborhood right over the Delaware River to South Philadelphia. There's a cheese shop and deli there that I've been going to for years and the "stuff" there just always seems more authentic. I decided to bring in some of the "stuff" and make a big hoagie/sub for my work pals.
