Recently, we were talking about "driving drowsy" and got the perfect phone call for the hour.

The conversation began after we saw a study by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety about drowsy driving. AAA used crash data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and found that if you lose even just an hour or two of sleep, your risk of getting into a car crash nearly doubles. And if you get only four or five  hours of Z’s, the risk quadruples.

That's when Tina called into the show. She had a long drive ahead of her so we did our best to keep her awake during the call. We didn't let the go after we hung up with her, though.
