Lawyer Steven Altman says the first witness he calls on Friday may be a Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office investigator.

Prosecutors rested their case Thursday in the trial of 20-year-old Dharun Ravi after 10 days of testimony from nearly two dozen witnesses.

He faces 15 criminal counts, including bias intimidation and invasion of privacy.

His roommate, Tyler Clementi, committed suicide in September 2010 — just days after the alleged spying.
