‘Deep in the Heart of Jersey’ – A Song by Uncle Floyd

It’s the start of the year and for the majority of New Jerseyans, today is the first day back to work after the holiday season. What would help cure the work woes? A fun song from right here in the great Garden State.    Jim played this song on the air earlier today and it’s entitled “Deep in the Heart of Jersey.” It is a song that was most famously performed by legendary NJ comic Uncle Floyd but there have different versions floating around for a while now.

Here’s a different version that you can listen and sing along with the hope that it may brighten your rainy Monday just a little bit.
