This is the latest in the issue of a March 30, 2012 escort of exotic vehicles allegedly led by State Police Sgt. Nadir Nassry and trooper Joseph Ventrella down the Garden State Parkway to Atlantic City.  The escorted group included former Giants running back Brandon Jacobs.

Video shot of the high-speed escort sparked outrage and led to an investigation, and their suspension without pay.

Charles Sciarra, the attorney for Sgt. Nassry, plans to discuss the case at a 1:30 PM press conference in Clifton.

ABC 7 reports that Sgt. Nassry has filed retirement papers, while his attorney is expected to release polygraph evidence.

Meanwhile, NBC New York is reporting, via sources, that criminal charges will likely be filed against both troopers on Friday.
