They have until today to file charges against T.J. Lane. The thin, quiet teen is accused of opening fire on a group of students sitting at a cafeteria table at Chardon High School on Monday.

Three students died, and two were seriously wounded. One remained hospitalized Wednesday.

Lane is in custody. A prosecutor has said he will probably be charged with three counts of aggravated murder and other offenses. Prosecutors are expected to ask that he be tried as an adult.

Students still reeling from the slayings planned to return to their school Thursday in a march beginning at the town's main square less than a mile away.
