You don't need me to remind you what Hurricane Sandy did to New Jersey.  We're still recovering. Please help restore New Jersey (see tab at the top of the nj1015.com home page).

We know what Sandy looked like from the vantage point of our homes. But, what did Sandy look like from space?

I found these cool time lapse videos, photos of Sandy taken minute by minute, by NASA's Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites ("GOES").

Above, is the sun-up to sun-down time lapse of Sandy off the Carolina coast on Sunday, October 28th.

Then, Hurricane Sandy during daylight hours on Monday, October 29th, as she bears down on New Jersey.

Amazing!
