New Year's resolutions — Do you make them? 

Tick tick tick … the new year is this close! Are you celebrating in Jersey? Making resolutions? Do you use the new year as a “reset” like Annette or find the whole idea of resolutions ridiculous like Megan?

If you make them, you certainly aren't alone. According to figures from statisticbrain.com, 45 percent of Americans make New Year's resolutions, but only 8 percent of us actually achieve them. Some of the top resolutions made include weight loss, saving more money and overall self improvement.

So how can you achieve your goals? U.S. News & World Report lists five tips to help you be successful!

Biggest life regrets — What is yours?

Keeping with the theme of the holiday season and a bit of nostalgia, Annette and Megan wonder … what is your biggest life regret?  Annette really opens up to what she feels has held her back in life, while Megan has been California dreamin'. We have all had that "what if" thought, even if only fleeting.

Ninety percent of us have at least one regret, and a report in The Huffington Post lists the top 10. Did your biggest regret make the list? What is your “What if?”
