One US Airways passenger was not willing to comply with the FAA electronics ban during flight takeoffs and landings.

21-year-old Lindsay Bien-Aime was repeatedly asked to turn off her cell phone while on the runway in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on a crowded flight headed for Charlotte, NC. Her refusal to turn off her cellphone quickly turned ugly when the pilot was forced to turn the plane around to allow deputies to board to assist with the matter.

According to Gawker,

The 21-year-old was subsequently booked on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting an officer with violence and two counts of battery on an officer.

She was later released on a $2,525 bond.
