Judge Mary Jacobson on Thursday set March 11 as a date for hearings for former manager Bill Stepien and fired aide Bridget Kelly.

Both have cited their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and refused to comply with requests from lawmakers seeking their records.

The two appear to have been involved in orchestrating lane closings last year in Fort Lee, the town at the base of the George Washington Bridge, as part of a political payback scandal.

Christie has denied any involvement.

Federal investigators are also looking into the case.
