Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp says Jefferson Township police found 47-year-old Alita Knott and her 45-year-old husband, Julian Knott, around 1:10 a.m. Saturday. Officers had gone to the home following a report of two unconscious adults at the Log Road residence.

Knapp says an investigation did not reveal any evidence of "outside intrusion" into the home, adding that there's "no cause for concern" to the community. But further details on the deaths were not released.

Knapp said the investigation is ongoing.
