Could This be What the NFL Will be Reduced To? [AUDIO]

A penalty call in this weekend’s Jets/Patriots game is creating a lot of discussion this morning and got Jim wondering what the future of the NFL may be with more and more penalties being created.

New England’s Chris Jones was called for Unsportsmanlike Conduct for pushing a teammate forward in an attempt to block the kick. While it is a penalty, now apparently you can’t even may contact with your own teammates without getting a penalty flag thrown at you.

With all these penalties being handed out, maybe this song by Tom Lehrer aptly explains the future of the NFL. Take a listen and let us know if you agree.
