High temperatures yesterday reached the low 60s to just over 70 in Atlantic City; 71 was the topper by three or four degrees.

It's going to be a while before we see temperatures that warm.

Today, we will have mostly cloudy skies with much cooler 50s for high temperatures.  Watch for passing showers in parts of the state.  The Northwestern-most counties may have little or none.

Regardless, any early evening showers end, becoming mostly clear and chilly for the nighttime hours ahead.   Some lows will be in the 30s early tomorrow morning, but low 40s along the shore and near the big cities.

A mix of sun and clouds developing tomorrow with a brisk wind, highs in the low to middle 50s.  Remember, the normal high temperatures are in the low to middle 60s, so we'll be 8 to 10 degrees below normal.

Partly sunny Friday with highs back in the 50s.

The weekend looks okay, although there could be some Saturday night showers.  The high temperatures this weekend will be no better than the upper 50s to maybe near 60, at best.
